Select a cell containing a phone number and use the add-on to initiate a call from your computer using your phone number, including WhatsApp.
Select a cell containing a phone number and draft a text message, which you can send from your default messaging app, including WhatsApp.
Select a cell containing an email address and draft an email, which you can send from Gmail.
Templates dynamically use the data in the same row — like someone's name — when drafting emails and texts.

When you install SheetsBoss Contact, Google will show you a consent screen asking for three permissions. The full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
Needed to read the cell and row you clicked on to view the email/phone number, and save call log notes (if you use this feature). This permission is only for the sheet you have open and only while the sidebar is running.
Gives the add-on permission to display custom pop-up dialog boxes, sidebar panels, and custom menu buttons inside the spreadsheet's top menu bar. It does not allow the script to read or modify your data. This is a standard permission for any add-on with a user-interface inside of Google Sheets.
Allows the add-on to see the email address of the person currently running the add-on. Needed to attribute call log entries to a specific user. We also use your email address to send you updates on SheetsBoss Contact and general SheetsBoss information periodically (for which you can opt-out at any point).
