1. This agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and SheetsBoss ("SheetsBoss", "we", "us") covering the sheetsboss.com website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms do not cover our Google Sheets add-ons — for example SheetsBoss Contact, which has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, linked from its page. Our Privacy Policy for this website forms part of this agreement.

2. Using this website

The Site describes SheetsBoss's add-ons and lets you get in touch with us. There is no account to create and no login. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site.

3. Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, text, name and logo, belongs to SheetsBoss and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and share pages for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, republish, or create derivative works from the Site without our permission.

All other product and company names are trademarks of their respective holders. SheetsBoss is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, or by any calling, messaging or email service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its underlying systems;
• probe the Site for vulnerabilities without permission, introduce malware, or place unreasonable load on it (including large-scale scraping);
• use the contact form to send spam, unlawful content, or to harass or defraud anyone.

Security researchers are welcome. If you find a vulnerability, tell us at getsheetsboss@gmail.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it; we will not pursue good-faith research conducted that way.

5. Links to other sites and services

The Site links to third parties, including the Google Workspace Marketplace. Those are independent services governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheetsBoss will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Texas have exclusive jurisdiction — except that, if you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections and the right to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the site changes. We will update the "Last updated" date, and for material changes we will give notice on this page before they take effect. Continuing to use the Site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms go to getsheetsboss@gmail.com, or through the contact form. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the Site.
